a. Delivery Locations:
We ship all across Pakistan and to selected international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.
b. Dispatch & Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.
c. Damaged Parcels:
If you receive a damaged parcel, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
