Refund & Exchange Policy
At Farieha Clothing by Vazeer, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Time Frame:
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items:
To qualify, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn

Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or fragrance will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Step 1 – Contact Us:
Email our customer support team at support@fariehaclothing.com.pk with your order number, name, and reason for return.
Step 2 – Return Authorization:
Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Step 3 – Inspection & Approval:
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our policy requirements. You’ll then be notified of your refund or exchange status.
3. Processing Time
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped once the return is received and approved.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Our team ensures every order meets the highest quality standards, and we take full responsibility for any production or shipping errors.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene or customization reasons:

We encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct size selection, delivery information, and following care instructions provided on product labels.
Farieha Clothing by Vazeer is not liable for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
